The hotel was really nice, the staff decent and kind. The room was spacious and modern w/a view.

The hotel was nice! It's centrally located, trains and buses within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular, and we were able to see the sunrise every morning without leaving our beds. However, never fear if you don't get the same style room, as they have a rooftop viewing point to experience it as well. The room itself was incredibly spacious, as well as clean with modern facilities. Never did have a heated toilet seat before, was pretty cool haha! The staff were decent as well. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

My only negative was that breakfast isn't included. Not a big thing either, because we were eating out most of the time and enjoying all the local foods. However, the one time we did pay for breakfast, it was incredibly simple. Not much offered, and I don't think it was worth the price tag attached to it. Nevertheless, the food that WAS there was still enjoyable.

The room and bathroom are very spacial. We have no problem open 2 big luggage in the room. There are convenient shop nearby and hotel is just 5 mins walk to Busan station.

A nice hotel for short stay

It’s close to Busan station. The room is spacious, big and comfortable. I enjoyed the spa bath well and the heated floor in the bathroom.

The street where the hotel is located is dark and quiet at night. My daughters recon the bath towels smell weird..

Very Good

The location was nearby the Busan station and Metro line. Convenience to explore anywhere in Busan even by metro or bus. Easy to get to Busan station to take the train to Seoul. There was some restaurant and convenience store nearby the hotel.

It is all about the price and location for this hotel.

Given the low price point, we didn't expect much but the hotel had everything to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Staff really welcoming, and room really comfortable. Large bed, separate toilet to bathroom, spa bath and a mini fridge. Walking distance to Busan station so really easy to get everywhere and many of our tours departed from here (including all three hop on/hop off buses). We found location to station particularly important given Busan is so spread out and it can take 30minutes to get to another side of the city. Chinatown, Texas Street and Nampo Underground Shopping Centre about 500m away. Plenty of GS25, 7Elevens, Starbucks etc in and around the area as well as Korean, Mexican, Italian, Russian, Chinese food (plenty of choice).

No real view in our room, window faced a building wall. This was known to us though prior to booking but the price again was excellent so this didn't really bother us as always home at night as so much to see in Busan!

Great location and value for money

The location is excellent as it's just around 5 mins walk from Busan Station. The staff were nice. The Family Room with Sea View was bigger than we expected and the view was really lovely. You could just hear the sound of ships occasionally but it didn't bother us and we slept well. We were comfortable in our room and it felt spacious for 4 persons.

Would've been nice if we could get filtered water from the communal areas, instead of bottled water.

Nice room but uncomfortable bed

Very decent room size and I like the bath and toilet are separated.

The room temperature is individually controlled by the front desk. The heater was set at 28C and it was so stuffy in the first night. Temp was adjusted after feedback. Bed is hard and pillows are not comfortable.

Nice stay near train station

Large spacious, comfortable room. Really nice tv with Netflix. Large shower room with bathtub. Great view from the rooftop! Close to train station.

Area seems more for business people than tourists. Soundproofing not that great between rooms. Had really noisy neighbors one night.

We had a good stay

The first room we got was on a high floor but next to the highway and it was noisy. We changed room and were given a larger room on a lower floor, thus the window was facing a wall. We lost the view but gained silence and a bigger, nicer room. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was great. The location of the hotel is good, easily accessible by bus of metro and next to the train station. If you fancy Chinese food, China town is a few steps away. Overall this is a good hotel for the price you pay.

Perhaps a bit more personalized relationship at the reception. The lighting in the room is very white and no bed lights.

A good stay for me and my family. We like this hotel. Nice view from the rooftop. Nice and helpful font desk staff and well English speaking.

Breakfast in the hotel too is simple. Not much variety, but the price is also considerable. There are rooms to improve.
